Perazim (“Perazim”, “we”, “us”) builds AI agents, websites and custom apps for businesses. We are based in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through perazim.ai, how we use it and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you chat with Otto, our AI sales agent, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company and details about your project.
- Chat messages. The messages you type to Otto are used to generate his replies and to prepare a short summary for our team.
- Usage information. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). This uses cookies.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider and security tools record IP addresses and browser details to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on your request.
- To send you a confirmation email and, if you asked, information about our services.
- To understand and improve our website and services.
- To protect the site from spam, abuse and security threats.
We do not sell your personal information.
Otto, our AI agent
Otto is an artificial intelligence, not a person. To reply, the messages you type are sent securely to an AI service provider that processes them on our behalf. Please do not share sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers or health details in the chat. Otto can make mistakes; anything important will be confirmed by our team.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed: website hosting and security, email delivery, AI processing for the chat, and website analytics (Google Analytics). These providers must protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored there and may be accessible to authorities under the laws of those countries.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics does not set cookies on your device. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details and chat summaries as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it (subject to legal and contractual limits). Email us at info@perazimmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
